How to find and work on histories shared with you

To find shared histories

  1. Select Histories from the Activity Bar
  2. Click on the Histories shared with me tab
    • Published workflows are available from the Public Histories tab

To work with shared histories:

  1. Click on view on the history item.
  2. Preview the history to make sure it is the one you want
  3. Click on Import this history button at the top to make a copy under your own account

Note: Shared Histories (when copied into your account or not) do count in portion toward your total account data quota usage. More details on histories shared concerning account quota usage can be found in this link.
